Morning sickness is a condition where women who are pregnant suffer from nausea or vomiting. Some women are sick all day and some start feeling sick in the evening. Some women suffer from very severe morning sickness while some hardly have any effects. It depends from a women to women when it comes to morning sickness.

Below are a few tips that will help you deal with morning sickness.

*Don’t work– If working makes you get nausea say no to work. You don’t have to work if you are not well it will just worsen your condition.
*Avoid odors– If certain kind of odor give you a feeling of queasiness it is best to stay away from such odors some of the most common smells are gasoline, garbage, fumes, food, cosmetics with smell and strong odors.
*Take it Easy- Go easy on yourself if you do not have to wake up early in the morning then sleep for a little longer. Do not force yourself into household chores. Let others take care of that you need to take care of your health. If you sleep for 10 to 12 hours it is totally fine as resting eases nausea.
*Grab something to eat- Grab something to eat as often as you can if you do not eat it will lead to low blood sugar which will cause you uneasiness and nausea. Make sure to eat within every 3 hours. Eating nutritious food will keep your stomach full for long.
*Stay hydrated-Dehydration makes you nauseated so having your 8 glasses of water a day is very important it will help you to stay hydrated as well as fight morning sickness.
*Ginger- Ginger might sound a little awkward but it is known as a stomach soother and is a great weapon if you want to fight morning sickness. Try snacking on ginger as often as you can like you can have ginger bread or ginger candy. You can also use ginger in a cup of hot tea or water.?
